We operate our website in order to give you an impression of our company and to facilitate your contact with us. In doing so, we pursue a legitimate interest according to GDPR. When you visit our website, data is automatically collected and processed in order to be able to display the desired contents, namely:
This data is stored in log files for 7 days and then deleted automatically. This type of processing is technically necessary; the Internet cannot function without it. Your visit to our site indicates that you, too, have an interest in this type of data processing. We therefore assume that the necessary conditions for data processing are given.
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyze the behavior of website visitors. In doing so, the website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, dwell time, operating systems used and the origin of the user. This data may be summarized by Google in a profile that is assigned to the respective user or their end device. Google Analytics uses technologies that enable the recognition of the user for the purpose of analyzing user behavior. Google Analytics does not use "cookies" in this integration, but its own anonymous and non-resolvable ID ("ClientId") without personal reference. In addition, Google Analytics cannot merge statistical data about the boundaries of the website with data from other websites. The information collected by Google about the use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. Insofar as the data collected about you is related to a person, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is thus immediately deleted.
The legal basis for the processing of users' personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained allow us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. Google also processes your personal data in the USA. The company implements the regulations of the EU standard contractual clauses and thereby offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for our recording purposes. For Google Analytics, this is the case after 14 months.
We use Typekit web fonts from Adobe Fonts for the visual design of our website. Adobe Fonts is a service provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Companies (4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland; hereinafter "Adobe"), which grants us access to a library of fonts.
To integrate the fonts we use, your browser must connect to an Adobe server in the USA and download the font required for our website. Adobe thus receives the information that our website was accessed from your IP address.
For more information about Adobe Fonts, please refer to the Adobe Fonts privacy policy, which you can access here: https://www.adobe.com/privacy/policies/adobe-fonts.html
If your browser does not support web fonts or you do not give your consent, a standard font from your computer will be used.
Videos from the provider Vimeo are integrated into our website. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA.
When you play a video, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. The Vimeo server is informed which of our pages you have visited. Vimeo also receives your IP address.
The transmission only takes place if you have given your consent via our cookie banner or the two-click solution (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TTDSG).
Further information can be found in Vimeo's privacy policy: https://vimeo.com/privacy
We use the Content Delivery Network (CDN) from Cloudflare, provided by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Cloudflare helps make our website faster and more secure by delivering content via servers distributed worldwide.
This may involve the transmission of your IP address and other technical data.
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We maintain a profile on LinkedIn. The provider is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.
When you visit our LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn's terms of use and privacy policy apply.

As part of our website operations, we work with various service providers who support us in providing our services. These recipients process personal data only in accordance with our instructions (processors) and in compliance with the GDPR:
Data is only transferred to third countries on the basis of appropriate safeguards (Art. 46 GDPR), e.g., EU standard contractual clauses.
If you contact us via the form or in any other way to make use of our services or to obtain information, we will store the data you send us until your request has been dealt with. After that we will delete it if we get the impression that you are not interested in continuing the contact
If you apply for an advertised position or send us an unsolicited application, we will use the data you provide us with exclusively for this one application procedure. Only those employees in our company who are involved in the decision to hire you, such as management, human resources and line managers, will have access to your data.
Once a decision has been made, we will normally delete the data of the applicants not considered after 6 months. However, if we both are of the opinion that your application might become interesting again in the future, we will agree with you on a longer retention period and obtain your express consent.
At our booth we want to develop new relationships with potential customers, suppliers and employees. If you give us your contact details, we will contact you and try to forge a relationship. If it turns out that we cannot establish a contractually regulated cooperation, we will delete your data immediately.
We will keep your data as long as our contractual relationship exists. We will delete them as soon as this basis is no longer given; however, we must comply with some prescribed retention periods, such as those from the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Tax Code (AO), or take warranty periods into account.
If you contact us yourself, whether as part of a technical inquiry, an unsolicited application, a visit to our trade fair booth or similar, we will only process your data for the exact purpose for which you contacted us. If the contact does not develop into a permanent contractual relationship, we will delete your data immediately.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Right of access,
• Right to rectification or erasure,
• Right to restriction of processing,
• Right to object to processing,
• Right to data portability.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
To exercise your rights in relation to your personal data, please contact us at info@liva-pms.com.
Please note that, for evidentiary purposes regarding the proper provision of information, we will retain both your request for access and our subsequent response for a period of three years.
If you have given consent to data processing, you may withdraw this consent at any time. Such withdrawal affects the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data once you have notified us of it. If the processing of your personal data is based on a balancing of interests, you have the right to object. This is particularly relevant when the processing is not necessary for fulfilling a contract with you, as outlined in the relevant function description. If you lodge an objection, we kindly ask you to explain the reasons why you believe we should not process your personal data as intended. In the case of a justified objection, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust the processing, or we will present our compelling legitimate grounds that justify the continued processing.
You may object at any time to the use of your personal data for advertising or analytical purposes.
